Located on a hillside just above Bergies's Restaurant & Sugarloaf Marina, of the Sacramento Arm. You will find that it is a comfortable home for family, friends & large gatherings.

Vacation Rental Amenities
Heating, AC, 2 fireplaces Fully equipped kitchen: dishes, utensils, microwave, etc. All you need to bring is the paper products, food & beverages. Firewood stocked in the Master Bedroom for those romantic evenings. Master bedroom has a California king & one twin bed, downstairs bedroom has a queen & double bed, upstairs bedroom has one queen bed. All linens; towels & sheets are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Game Room on the first floor has TV with VCR/DVD, fuse ball table, games & more plus 2 futons. There is also a full bath, washer & dryer, private bedroom, & a slider to the downstairs patio.
